Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit.
